This photo taken March 7, 2008 shows the almost completed fence to exclude the kangaroos from the wetland area. The kangaroos are regularly seen down at the waters edge, nibbling some green grass or sipping the water from the lake.

There is no other natural water supply for the kangaroos at the site so until the killing is done, there will be no drinking for any of them.
